A quick and delicious recipe from our friend Chef ZZ
1lb baby bok choy
2 tbsp grapeseed or vegetable oil
8oz baby portobellos
½ medium sweet onion , thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves , finely chopped
1 tbsp tamari
2 tsp agave nectar or honey
1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
First, start out by cleaning the bok choy. Rinse thoroughly and trim off some parts if necessary, dry completely . Next take the mushrooms, brush off any dirt that may be on them. Cut in quarters and set aside.
In a large frying pan or wok heat the oil over med-high , fry the onions until translucent then add the garlic, stir once . Add cut mushrooms and stir-fry til they start to brown. About 2-3 minutes.
Once the mushrooms have began to brown add the rest of the ingredients stir-fry for another minute or two and enjoy!
