25 to 30 minutes
Turnips, 2 lbs with purple tops, cut into wedges
Shallots, 2 or 3 peeled and sliced
Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon
Butter, 1/2 stick cut in small pieces
Dried minced Chives, Garlic Powder and Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Toss all ingredients in baking pan
Roasted veggie mix at 450 degrees for @ 25 to 30 minutes.
