A delicious, easy to make salad. It's one of our favorites!
2 heads of broccoli (cut into florets)
2 cups red or green cabbage (shredded)
½ cup raisins
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup carrots (shredded or finely chopped)
For the dressing:
¼ cup almond butter
1 orange (juiced & zested)
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp agave nectar or honey
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp granulated garlic
In a large bowl add all the ingredients to make the dressing and whisk until smooth. Once the dressing is complete, add the remaining ingredients to the same bowl and mix together.
If your salad looks too dry you can always add more almond butter or orange juice. Also this salad tastes even better the next day!
